100lb text, coated enamel two sides (C2S). No U.V. or additional coating should be applied before or after printing.
General specifications:
- Final trim size dimensions must be exact, within tolerances shown on template.
- Perforations should be located exactly as indicated on the diagram to ensure proper mechanical insertion. Suggested perforations per inch is 12, using a 1/16" long perf, with a 1/32" gap between each perf. Do not score these lines. Score lines will delay production and incur hand assembly charges.
- Paper texture/grain: Print piece with texture/grain in direction noted on the template.
- Quantity of inlays sent should be at least 10% more than order quantity.

Avoid expensive errors:
Automated equipment will assemble CDs, inlay cards and booklets into packaging (when formats are automation compatible). There are tight tolerances for size, paper type and weights, perforation styles and position, and folding. Be certain to follow our dimensions for each product when preparing artwork or film, or having components printed elsewhere.
