Sticker Roll:
Roll, core size: Core of the roll carrier is to be 3".
Roll, maximum outside diameter: Sticker roll may not exceed 12"
Sticker Specifications:
- Sticker size range: 0.75" x 0.75" to 3.5" x 3.5"
- Minimum thickness of sticker: 0.005"
- Sticker diecut: Stickers should be diecut with the waste removed. Diecuts MUST not cut the fiber in the web liner
- Sticker placement on roll: Separation between stickers, minimum 0.125"
- Sticker adhesive: Adhesive must be reworkable (repositionable) with no bleed of adhesive coating
- Supplied quantities:
10% overage for orders up to 10,000 pieces
2-3% overs for orders more than 10,000 pieces
Sticker Placement on Jewel Case
Sticker, Wind 1
- Applies to the back of the Jewel Case before wrap
- Applies to front before or after wrap, if the jewel case will have a spine label, the top of the sticker needs to be the leading edge off the roll unwind (see diagram below).
Sticker, Wind 2
- Applies to the back of the Jewel Case after wrap
- Applies to the front before or after wrap, with no spine label, the bottom of the sticker needs to be the leading edge off the roll unwind (see diagram below).

Stickers not complying with these specifications cannot be affixed on automated equipment and will incur additional costs.
