Does Evatone provide mailing list research, acquisition, and processing services?

Yes, we will work with you to find the most appropriate mailing lists, handle all the details of list acquisition, and process the lists to assure optimal deliverability.

Can Evatone manage variable data applications for my mailings?

How does Evatone ensure that my mailing receives the best postal rates?

As part of our list processing and bar coding steps, Evatone pre-sorts your mailing before it gets to the post office. This type of postal carrier route sorting reduces the rate you would otherwise pay for postage.

How large a project can you handle?

Evatone's automated inserters and high-speed ink jet equipment can process hundreds of thousands of mail pieces a day. We can accommodate mail packages with up to 8 inserts on our automated inserter. We also offer high quality hand assembly for projects that require a non-automated alternative.
